Founder & Chairman
Mr. Kailash Pat Agarwala founded JPK Metallics in 1976 with a vision to serve India’s infrastructure needs through precision metal casting. Over nearly five decades, his leadership has built a company defined by trust, integrity and a relentless commitment to quality. His philosophy — that trust is earned through consistent excellence — remains the cornerstone of everything JPK Metallics does.
Mr. Punit Agarwala
Director, 2nd Generation Foundry Leader
Mr. Punit Agarwala joined the business in 2004, bringing fresh strategic vision that shaped JPK Metallics’ transformation into a modern, globally-exporting foundry. Under his leadership, JPK has launched its Ductile Iron division, expanded the No-Bake casting capability, adopted digital infrastructure and doubled production capacity in 2025. He is committed to building a world-class foundry recognised globally for excellence, precision and reliability.
Our Journey
Shree Jagannath Ferro Casting
Founded in 1976, Shree Jagannath Ferro Casting laid the foundation of our journey in the Indian foundry industry. Built on manufacturing excellence, quality craftsmanship, and process discipline, it established the expertise that continues to drive our casting operations today.

KPA Securities Pvt. Ltd.
In 2005, we expanded into the ductile iron casting segment through KPA Securities Pvt. Ltd. This milestone strengthened our technical capabilities and enabled us to serve the growing demand for high-quality ductile iron castings across infrastructure and engineering applications.

JPK Metallics Pvt. Ltd
In 2010, KPA Securities Pvt. Ltd. was renamed JPK Metallics Pvt. Ltd. Alongside the transition, we upgraded our production capabilities with a DISA ARPA moulding line and an advanced sand plant, while expanding our portfolio with ductile iron pipe fittings to better serve the evolving needs of the infrastructure sector.

Unified Foundry Operations
In 2012, we established JPK's Grey Cast Iron Foundry, bringing both our grey iron and ductile iron foundries under one unified organisation. This milestone strengthened our manufacturing capabilities, streamlined operations, and created a stronger foundation for serving diverse infrastructure and engineering requirements.

Expanding Capacity for the Future
As we entered our 50th year, 2026 marked a significant step forward in our journey. We commissioned a new furnace, upgraded the sand plant, installed a new Mould Handling System (MHS), along with several other infrastructure and process improvements to enhance production capacity, quality, and operational efficiency.
