Facilities Overview
- 1,60,000 sq.ft. integrated facility with melting. moulding, and machining under one roof; where 48+ years' know-how drives flow and efficiency
- Dual-track 1000 kg furnaces with a combined melting capacity of 17000 tons per year, catering ductile, grey iron and steel casting production.
- 20-ton/hour automatic sand plant for high-volume production for our green sand process and a 6 MT/hour No-Bake sand plant for complex engineering castings.
- Our moulding capabilities include DISA ARPA 900 and ARPA 450 machines for precision and high volume castings, alongside a manual moulding line for custom sized components.
- Our No-Bake division delivers intricate engineering castings with high dimensional accuracy and superior surface finish for industrial and machinery applications.
- The in-house lab includes a Digital Microscope, Spectrometer, and UTM, further supported by load, pull & tilt machines-ensuring metallurgical integrity, mechanical reliability, and performance under simulated real-world conditions.
